Who is your ideal client?
I love working with female small business owners. I feel like my graphics, and sense of design lean more towards the feminine. Having said that, I’ve had many longterm working relationships with a male restaurateurs. I get along with everyone, and I’m happy to work with any team members.
How can SGS benefit my business?
I can relieve you of huge workloads of monotonous tasks like social media, e-mail marketing, graphic design and more. This doesn’t mean that you’ll suddenly have no work to do, it just means you can spend more time on focusing on things like pushing the business forward. I can handle the day-to-day tasks.
Why should I hire a VA instead of a traditional assistant?
Well, there’s a lot of reasons but the most important comes down to cost. By hiring a VA you’re not paying someone a full time salary, no taxes, no vacation days, no sick pay. I only charge for hours I am actively and solely working for you.
Bottomline, a VA saves you money over a traditional employee.
Do you offer refunds?
I don’t, and here’s why: my work is of a digital and service based nature. I will do everything in my power to make sure you’re not only happy with my work, but thrilled with it. If at anytime you feel like something needs to be addressed, just let me know.
How do I know when my retainer hours are almost used up?
I’m actually really good at tracking my clients hours, I use tracking software and I will send you an email alert when you are down to your last remaining hour (retainers sold in 5 hour blocks). From that point you can choose to add more hours when you’re ready.
Do you offer customized packages?
Absolutely. Every business is different, and every business owner is different.
How do I pay you?
I invoice via PayPal.
Can I rollover my retainer hours to the following month?
Yes. It is the policy of Sarah Green Social that retainer hours are valid 60 days from original invoice date (of payment).
Who owns the rights to any assets you create for me?
You, the client, do. I do love to share the things I’m working on via social media, but your privacy will always be protected.
What if I need you outside of business hours?
I’m pretty reachable. Email is usually best. If you need something right away, within 24 hours, I will do everything in my power to accommodate you, but sometimes this may not be possible, a rush fee will also be charged.
